Training collaborates with the Jefferson community to create and deliver educational resources that ensure compliance with regulations through deeply engaged learning. These creative and strategic thinkers design interactive eLearning solutions which are appreciated for their convenience and ease of use, as well as deliver in-person insightful classroom courses when necessary.
The Documentation team translates complex workflows and processes within software and beyond into user-friendly steps for the Jefferson community. With this knowledge users able to complete their work more efficiently. These wordsmiths also partner with DICE designers and developers to ensure the language used improves the user experience throughout all of our products and services.
